Working with an architect? We'll build from your complete set of plans. Have a basic set? We'll refine it with you so it meets local building codes.
Design from the ground up
No plans yet? We'll design a home around your land, your budget and your must-haves. Most design happens in-house, which helps keep costs down. Want an outside designer or architect? We'll bring one in.

Plans or no plans, land or no land, we start with the big picture. Then we map out next steps together.

Find your land
Bring your own lot, ask about lots we may have available, or let us help you find one that fits your needs and budget.

Dial in the details
We get the plan and finishes set up front, so you know what you're getting. Pick from our standard selections, or we'll source what you want within budget.

Build
We keep you updated by email, with walkthroughs along the way and quick answers when you need them.

Walkthrough and handoff
We walk the finished home with you to make sure everything is right. Then we hand over the keys and stand behind our work with a warranty.

Common questions
Do I need to own land before we start?
No. We may have lots available, and we can help you find land that fits your needs and your budget. You're also welcome to bring your own lot.
How long does a build take?
Planning and design typically take 1 to 3 months. Construction typically takes 5 to 9 months after that, depending on the size of the home, permits, changes and weather. Landscaping is separate.
Can I modify a Northwind floor plan?
Yes. Any of our exclusive floor plans can be modified to fit your needs. We update the drawings with you before we build.
How is pricing worked out?
Every build is priced on its own. The biggest factors are the size of the home, your finishes and the site, including terrain, driveway length and how much grading the lot needs. Well and septic, utility runs, foundation type and design complexity also play a role, along with other variables.
Will you build from my architect's plans?
Yes. Bring a complete set of architectural plans and we'll build from them. Starting with a basic set? We'll refine it with you so it reflects what you want and meets local building codes.
